9 months and Piggy Backs!

Piggy back after church! His mom always roasts her kids.
For this picture she said
"Elliot smile with the teeth you don't have."
Sadly this week I had a little flu so we weren't able to work as much as we wanted.. :/ But I'm feeling better so I'm excited to get back to the grind this week!

Ramiro and his cousin Jarys are golden! They are reading their Books of Mormon and keeping all the promises we invite them to keep! Their baptism date is for the 9th of February! Elder Saravia are trying to talk them into getting baptized in the ocean but they aren't feeling it haha. They both attended church this week and it was super awesome! They both loved it. Its crazy how everything happened with them. I thought we were gonna get robbed from our first contact but we've truly become really good friends with them! Keep them in your prayers please!

Our other investigator thats progressing is Rosa. She's from Venezuela and is 17 and has a kid and lives here alone with some friends. She's super dope and also reading her Book of Mormon. She's also going to be baptized the 9th. She always talks about the beach so maybe we will end up having a baptism in the Ocean ;)

A dope sandcastle on the beach! After the picture you have to pay them kinda haha. I gave them 500 pesos which is like 30 cents which is actually worth something here and the guy said thats it? then he said come back and give him more but I just pretended to be a gringo and that I didn't understand him haha.
We went for a little walk in our area. Never in my whole life did I think I
would be walking on the beach with giant skyscrapers on my mission!

Some pictures from Elder Jensen and mine 9 month party!

A super illegal selfie during class with Ramiro.

Pictures with Jarys and Ramiro after church!!

Heres pictures from our sketchy area! This will probably be the last time I'll take my camera up there cause I think they all know I have a camera now so pray for my safety haha. But how could I not take my camera look at these pictures!

My companion is so lucky he has me to take pictures for him.

A member here who lives in the rich part of our area has a sevichi restauraunt. Sevichi is from Peru but since we are by the ocean theres lots of it. Its super yummy and its a little spicy with like shrimp stuff.

Hopefully my friends and family don't disown me but
I bought a Lebron jersey today. It was cheap so I bought it.
