Last Monday my sister Kenzie passed away after her 2 year battle with cancer. I was able to bear a testimony to her a few hours before her passing. Then and even so more now I have learned a lot about myself. Oh how I miss her, but I know with all my heart that this is part of Heavenly Fathers plan. I had a few really rough days this week wondering if I was gonna be able to continue my mission. But the more I thought about it, the Lord's timing is perfect. I don't think He would give me something right now that would stop me from serving him. If you knew my big sister Kenzie you knew how much good was in her. I love her and know I will see her again. Thank you for all your prayers and thoughts. I have physically and mentally felt a change in life and I really think its from the support of you guys and my Heavenly Father.
I got transferred today! I am back in Barranquilla in the area Silencio. This area is massive and takes an hour by bus to get from one side of the area to the other. My new companion is Elder Cordova, he's from Peru and super chill and funny.
Thanks again for all your support I will keep trying to make all of you proud.
Elder Nethercott.
