Rommel was baptized this week! The baptism was great as always. I did my biweekly tradition cleaning the font, but this time the water turned out to be really green. My theory is that right before we got there Shrek went for a little swim.
I had my first ínter cambio.Oops sorry that was spanish, my first companion exchange with Elder George. We are supposed to go to bed around 10:30 but we stayed up just talking until about 12:30. I guess you could say I miss speaking English. Their apartment is a lot bigger than ours. Update on our new apartment, for the 4th straight Friday they said we will be moving in so hopefully this Friday will be the day!
We were teaching a lesson this week with a family. We normally begin every first lesson with introducing ourselves. After I usually ask if they have any questions for me and normally they say no and we continue, but the Dad had a question for me. He asked me a minute long question on what my opinion on Donald Trump and his new immigration policy. I'm not exactly sure where this question came from cause right before I had just finished saying my favorite food is Pizza.
We had another english class with a few less members but a few more investigators! My district leader is Elder George, our district grew from 6 people to 15 people. So now we are the size of a small zone.
Today for Pday we played ping pong and soccer. For 2 hours 5 people tried to beat me but none of them could. There was even a half chinese member who couldnt even beat me haha. After, we played soccer in the parking lot of the church. It was really fun until I kicked the ball over the fence into another street. We never found the ball sadly.
I was sick for most of this week. If you know me at all you know I love Shrek and Essential oils. So you bet your favorite Book of Mormon hero that I used those bad boys all week.
Sadly our streak of baptisms is gonna end this week because there is a zone conference so none of the mission can baptize on Saturday but the following week Oscar should be baptized! Everything is great as always, thank you for all your support and prayers at home. I love and miss you guys!
