Alohaaaa!

I actually kinda speak Spanish now! Or at least in my sleep I do. Today Elder Chinchay told me after we woke up that I was talking in my sleep. I said, "Oh wow, what was I saying?"  He then looked at me and said, "You were speaking Spanish." I freaked out haha. He said I was teaching one of the lessons and was sharing a scripture or something. So I take no days OR nights off from being a missionary! 24/7!

We changed houses today finally! Our new apartment is sooooo much nicer. I compare to when Harry Potter moved from under the stairs to that upstairs bedroom. We each have our own bathroom and room for our clothes. Right now we have a room that literally only has an ironing board and a fan haha. Also our next door neighbors is super nice! She has 2 super beautiful, perfect, friendly, heavy shedding, blue-eyed Huskies. My mom never let me get a husky so I just had to go on a mission to get 2 of them! This right here is a blessing from serving the Lord. ;)

The power here goes out about once a week so it sucks when it's at night because our fans don't work and it gets super hot and cozy. Elder Chinchay and I were eating dinner under the light of a flashlight and we were getting to know each other. I asked him who is favorite rapper was and he said Sean Paul so I haven't talked to him since. (Just look up Sean Paul if you don't know he is and you'll know why I haven't talked to him since.)

Our investigators are great! The Rivero family is progressing great. They attended church for 3 straight weeks now and have all stopped drinking coffee! Oscar as well is doing great. Except he hasn't been reading the Book of Mormon. We asked him why and its because his mom hid it from him so we gave him another one haha. Oscar's dad has said he can be baptized so now it's just up to his super Catholic mom now so we are working hard with her right now! :)

I got my birthday present today from my parents! I'll try to send the video of me opening it! Thank you Mom and Dad! I love all you guys! (My birthday is the 14th so if you want to send me something ask my mom for the address.)

Follow up from the baptism they had to haul buckets of water for: (http://graydennethercott.blogspot.com/2018/08/satan-controls-agua.html) We asked him how long it was before the water came back on and he said about 24 hours. Just in case you were wondering. :)
